Returns Policy
Can I return my items?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging including the outer cellophane wrapping. We will NOT accept returns if:
- The item has been opened.
- The item has been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging.
- The item is over the returns period (see below)
How long do I have to return my items?
You will have 14 days from receiving your order in which to request a refund or replacement, and a further 30 days to return the item to us once your request has been approved.
Please note, requests for replacements are dependent upon our stock levels at that time, however if we cannot fulfill a replacement, you will be provided with a refund. If no communication is made within 14 days of receipt of your order, we will consider this item as accepted by you.
How can I return my items?
If you wish to return an item, please complete our Returns Form. We aim to process return requests within 1 working day.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a returns label. Please carefully package the item, ideally in the original packaging, and affix the returns label to the front of the package. Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your return.
It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned as new, in the same condition in which they were received. The Christmas Wondery Ltd takes no responsibility for any goods that are either lost or damaged on their return to us. For the avoidance of doubt, refunds will only be processed once all returned goods have been processed and have been assessed as being returned in the same condition in which they were sent.
Shipping Costs and Returns
Payments made for shipping an item will not be refunded as part of a return.
What do I do if I have received an incorrect item?
In the rare circumstances you have received an incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt on hello@christmaswondery.co.uk and do not open/use the item you have received.
My item is damaged. What should I do?
In the unfortunate event that you have received an item that has become damaged in transit please contact us on hello@christmaswondery.co.uk. Please include your name and order number together with a description of the damage. If you could also attach a photo of the damage this could help speed up the process. We need to be informed of any damage within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, so please make sure you check over your product as soon as it is received. In all situations please do not remove the outer cellophane wrapping or otherwise open the game. Please then await further instruction. Emails are usually answered within 1 working day.
Where do I send my item?
If you wish to return an item, please complete our Returns Form. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a returns label with the address to send the item to. Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your return.
Can I return a single item from my order?
Yes, you can return single items from a part of a larger order. Just complete the Returns Form and we can help you with this process.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Once we have received your returned item(s) we will process your refund within 14 days. Please know, we are working hard to ensure that we complete the process as quickly as possible. If you require any assistance with the return process, please contact us on hello@christmaswondery.co.uk.
Cancelled orders
If a request is received to cancel an order prior to it being shipped a refund will be automatically issued. We reserve the right to deduct any PayPal or card processing fees we have been charged from the refund.
