Shipping Policy

UK Orders

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving orders, when placed during business hours. Please note this does not guarantee same day dispatch.

Orders placed outside our Monday to Friday business hours (9am to 5pm) will be dispatched on the next working day.

Standard delivery is free on all orders of £40 or more. Orders with a value of less than £40 will incur a delivery charge as follows:

• £3.50 - Standard Delivery (2-4 business days)
• £4.50 – Express Delivery (1-2 business days)

Please note we currently only ship to the UK.

Additional Information

All delivery costs are presented at the checkout once the shipping destination is chosen, before any money is taken.

Please note working day delivery does not include Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays.

If you request that the package is left in a safe place, this will only be done at the discretion of the delivery driver.

Shipping times are not guaranteed. From time to time unforeseen problems that are outside of our control can lead to postal delays. We do not accept responsibility for this and will not refund shipping fees in these circumstances.
